Childcare Building

Adjacent Properties has received initial approval to develop childcare center near Holdrege Elementary School. The facility will be designed to serve approximately 100 children, helping address the area’s shortage of long-term, reliable childcare options.

Construction is expected to begin late 2025, pending final approvals, with completion in 2026. The center will be owned by Adjacent Properties and leased to a local childcare provider, who will independently manage enrollment and tuition.
