Mayfair Apartment Complex

 The Mayfair Apartment Complex is owned and operated by Adjacent Properties. Since the purchase of the complex, Adjacent Properties has renovated a majority of the units in the complex with plans to continue as units are available. The Mayfair Apartment Complex is equipped with 23 housing units: 10 are leased by the hospital for on-call teammates and visiting surgeons; and 13 are leased long-term by local tenants.
